How long does shipping take for oversized items like kayaks and paddleboards?
Oversized items are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy for water sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, life vests and safety equipment must still have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping for wakeboards and skis?
Yes, Bart's Water Sports ships worldwide. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the equipment.
Are your wetsuits and life jackets covered by a warranty?
Most of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse in chlorinated pools.
How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size for a life vest?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest circumference at the widest point to ensure a snug, USCG-approved fit for maximum safety.
