At Bart's Water Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Request an RMA Number
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing your return.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and box them up, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Package
Send your return via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our warehouse facility; we recommend insuring your shipment for its full value.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
